How Comma Canyon works

The game teaches in rounds. Each one opens with a short lesson on one skill (the rule, a worked example and the trap to watch for), then three quick drill gates on that skill, then an SAT boss: a real SAT Reading & Writing question that uses it.
Nine skills: telling sentences from fragments, joining clauses, finding the subject, singular or plural, pronouns, verb tense, possessives, how ideas connect, and context clues. Pick one to train, or play mixed rounds that start with your weakest.
Drill gates isolate one decision at a time, like “complete sentence or fragment?” or “what is the subject?”. The banners are the choices, left to right; you can also tap them at the bottom of the screen.
Three gliders. The first missed drill of a round is free: you see the reason and a hint, and a new one comes back before the boss. Your mastery of each skill is saved in your browser.
Daily challenge: the same twelve gates for everyone that day, at each difficulty. Reach the end of the canyon for a bonus, then share your result grid.
